Returns

If you decide you do not want a product that you have purchased from School Kids Healthcare and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service Team to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Items that are not returnable would include the following; special order items, items that have been marked or engraved, broken packaging, items not sent back in original packaging, customized items, any sterile product that has been opened, items purchased for resale, items determined not to be in resalable condition. In addition, all pharmaceuticals (please see our Expired Drug Procedure and Policy listed below) items with expiration dates, and items that are subject to FDA tracking requirements are not returnable.

When calling for a return authorization number it is extremely helpful if you have the following information:

  1. Your School Kids Healthcare Invoice number
  2. Product description, part number and serial number if applicable.
  3. A brief explanation for returning the merchandise. A School Kids Healthcare customer service representative will issue you a RGA number.

Before sending the product back to us, please perform the following to ensure the proper and prompt processing of your return.

  1. Write the RGA number on the outside of the box
  2. Enclose a copy of our original invoice in the box.
  3. Send the package freight prepaid.

There will not be a restocking fee if the product is returned within 30 days of the School Kids Healthcare invoice date. Any products returned more than 30 days from School Kids Healthcare invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Return authorization numbers are valid for 30 days after the date they are issued. If you have any questions please give us a call.
